• Usage data (pages viewed, device info) via Google Analytics (if you accept cookies).
• Location only if you click “Find garages near me” and grant permission; coordinates are used to search nearby places (Google/OSM) and not stored by us beyond what’s needed to show results.
• Audio you upload/record for the diagnosis workflow. If processed client-side, the file remains in your browser unless you submit it to a backend (currently none). If sent to a third-party API in the future, we’ll update this page.
• Feedback form (message, optional email, consent flag) via EmailJS; used only to respond to your feedback.
• Local storage drafts (e.g., form autosave) stored on your own device.

• Provide and improve the Service (diagnosis UI, nearby garages).
• Analytics (aggregate stats) with your consent.
• User support (respond to your feedback if you opt-in and leave an email).

• Consent: analytics cookies; device location; contacting you from feedback.
• Legitimate interests: basic Service security, preventing abuse, debugging.

• Google (Maps/Places/Analytics): to display maps and find places, and for usage analytics (only if you accept).
• OpenStreetMap / Nominatim / Overpass: to enrich addresses for map results.
• EmailJS: to send your feedback to our inbox when you click “Send feedback”.
• We do not sell your personal data.

• Analytics data is retained per Google’s default settings.
• Feedback emails are retained in our mailbox for support and record-keeping, and deleted when no longer needed.
• Local drafts in your browser persist until you clear them (e.g., via “Clear draft”) or clear site storage.

• You can accept or decline cookies (see banner and “Manage cookies” in the footer).
• You can revoke geolocation by your browser settings and simply not clicking the location button.
• You can clear local drafts with the “Clear draft” button or your browser’s storage settings.
• You can contact us to request access/deletion of feedback emails you sent.

The Service is not directed to children. Do not use the Service if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Third-party services (e.g., Google, EmailJS) may process data on servers outside your province/country. Appropriate safeguards are applied per their policies.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be highlighted.

Your current site shows a consent banner and only loads Google Analytics after you click “Accept”. You can reopen the banner via the “Manage cookies” link in the footer (on the homepage) which resets your choice.
